Facilities for Hire

Have an event to run then why not consider using the facilities at Newbury Rugby to host it? Whatever the size, with a range facilities Newbury Rugby Club can accommodate your event, be it a small corporate meeting through to a social event for friends and family.
Facilities available consist of three function room able to house 10-300 people.

The Wicken Room is ideal for conferencing, formal dinners & private parties. Chairs and tables (if required) can be arranged in various  patterns to suit the requirements of your function.

The Landgon Suite is a smaller more intermit venue, ideally for meeting or smaller functions complete with a private bar

Kicker’s Bar is the less formal room for hire with direct access to the terrace and pitches and facility for more casual catering

The pitches are also for hire whether it be combined with the hire of a room or on their own contact us today to see if we can accommodate your function
