Each year we strive to improve our ability to deliver fun, competitive and successful Rugby to boys and girls. NRFC provides Youth Rugby for Boys and Girls from age 5 through to Senior Rugby. Rugby Coaching is delivered by our dedicated and experienced coaches who follow the guidelines of the RFU Continuum which outlines in detail how the RFU require Rugby to be coached and played in the Mini and Youth age groups. Again this year the Youth section is sponsored by local solicitors Pennington’s. I wish to thank them for their continued sponsorship and their support. Sessions are on Sundays and start at 10:15. So if you want to come along please do so, we welcome everybody and will provide you with the framework to have fun and be successful. Don't be shy come up and give it a try, you get two free taster sessions before you have to pay.
