The Newbury RFC Mini and Junior Festivals are the finale of the season for most clubs and with so many youngsters joined together in one place Newbury RFC are mindful of the Duty of Care required by all with regard to Safeguarding Young People
We would ask that should you wish to take photographs or video on the day that you complete the RFU Photography Form and hand it in at registration on the day where you will be given a badge for the day which should be worn or available for inspection during the course of the day.
We hope that you understand the need for checks and would remind spectators that should they not be wearing the pass they will asked to register and obtain a badge or stop photographing. We trust this will not cause any embarrassment on the day and thank you for your co operation in advance to making the day safe and successful for all involved.
